Chukandar चुकंदर:

Chukandar sk8n ke liye bahut achha fal hai. Aap ise chalakar khaye ya iska juice nikal kar piye. Daily ek chukandar khana aapki skin ko bahut khoobsurat bana dega. Isse aapke shareer me khoon ki kami poori hogi aur blood ki quality bhi acchi ho jayegi.



Palak पालक:

Palak me bharpoor matra me iron hota hai, jo hamare shareer me shakti pradan karta hai. Iske alawa isme aise tatwa laye jate hain jo twacha ko chamakdar banate hain. Agar dark circle hain to kabhi dark circle nahi honge. Aur skin healthy ho jayegi.


Dahi दही:

Maine hamesha doodh se jyada dahi ko mahtwa diya hai, iska sabse bada karan hai ki dahi skin aur balo ke liye ek complete food hai. Dahi me doodh se jyada tatwa paye jate hain, jabki wahi doodh kam tatwa ka hai. Agar aap doodh pasand nahi karte hain to dahi ka istemal zaroor kare.


Lahsun लहसुन:

Skin me pimples ka hona rokne ke liye lahsun bahut kargar hai, lekin iska dhyan rakhna bhi bahut zaroori hai ki iski matra jyada bhi ina ho, warna garmiyo me ye pimples paida kar deta hai. Ye ek natural antibiotic hai, aur skin ke liye sath hi aapke heart ke liye bhi bahut labhkari hai.


Anda अंडा:

Ghongha घोंघा :

Sea food khane walo ke liye ghongha ek vardan hai. Ghongha me iron aur vitamin B12 paya jata hai, sath hi ye skin ki rangat ko achha banata hai.
