शवासन की विधि और लाभ | Shawasana Kaise Kare

Shavasana ke bare me aapne suna hai ya nahi ye to main nahi janta lekin itna zaroor janta hoon ki, shavasana kaise aur kab kiya jata hai iske bare me aapko pata nahi hoga. To aaj ka article hai ki shavasana kaise kare aur Shavasana ka use kaha par hai iske bare me jante hain. Yoga ke bare me to aap jante hi honge, aur bahut se yoga aapne kiye bhi honge lekin shawasana hame kis prakar se labh pahuchata hai ye shayad aap nahin jante.

Shavasana yoga ko sabse saral yoga kaha jata hai, yun to kaha jaye to shawasana ke arth se pahchana ja sakta hai ki sone ki awastha ko ya asan ko shawasana kaha jata hai. Jab hum ek se adhik asan kare ya fir saare asani ko karne ke baad jo asan karte hain use shawasana kahte hain. Isko karne se aapke shareer ko beech me relax milta hai aur aap kai sare yog aaram se kar sakte hain. 

Yoga ke niyam ke aadhar par baat ki jaye to shavasana karna ati aawashyak hai. Yoga khtam karne ke baad aur har yoga ke baad 1 min ke liye shawasana karne se yog ka labh do guna ho jata hai. Har 5 min ke yoga ke baad hi 1 min ka gap lekar shavasana kare.


Shavasana ki sahi vidhi:


Shawasana koi kathin yoga nahi hai jise karne me koi dikkat ho ya fir iske step kathin ho. Ise to bahut hi asani se kiya ja sakta hai. Chaliye aaj aapko main shavasana ki vidhi batata hoon.

Step 1:

Asan karne se pahle jameen par koi asan laga le. Asan na to jyada mota ho au na hi jyada patla. Agar aap market se yoga mat khareed sakte hain to sabse achha hai. Yoga ke liye ye best hai.

Step 2:

Asan par seedha let jaye aur shareer ko bilkul dheela chod de. Savasana me ye baat bahut dhyan rakhne ki baat hai ki shareer ko kadak na banakar rakhe.

Step 3:

1 ya 2 min ke liye is yoga ko kiya ja sakta hai, shareer ek dam dheela aur man me koi bhi vichar na ho. Na lambi saans na choti saans. Isme shareer aisa lagna chahiye jaise ki sone ki awastha hoti hai, ya yun kaha jaye jaise murda pada hota hai.


Shavasana se labh kya hai:

Yun to shavasana bahut sadharan sa dikhne wala yoga hai lekin yog me har yoga ka mahatwa aur aneko labh hain, isse kaun se lab ho sakte hain iske bare me jante hain.

  • Need na aane par ye labh karta hai.
  • Diabetes me is yoga ko kiya ja sakta hai.
  • Mansik beemariyo me ye sabse achha kaam karta hai, tab aap iski abadhi bhi badha sakte hain.
  • Dimag tez karne ke liye ye achha yoga hai.
  • Tension , tanav ho jane par isko karne se turant labh milta hai.
  • Blood pressure ke marrej ko daily ye yoga karna chahiye.
  • Hridaya rogi shavasana se labh paa sakte hain. 2 min ke 5 ya 6 set karne par labh hota hai.



Shavasana Karne me sawdhani:

Shavasana karna jitna aasan hai utna asan koi yoga nahi ho sakta, isko karne se shareer me koi dikkat nahi aati hai. Agar aapko doctor ne peeth ke bal letne ko mana kiya hai yaa aapko adhik problem hai to aap ise na kare.
