Padmasana ke labh janane se pahle ye jaan le ki padmasana kya hai aur padmasana yoga kaise kare. Padmasana yoga me kiya jane wala ek asaan asan hai. ye asan apko chust aur durust rakhega. Padmasana ko lotus pose bhi kaha jata hai, padmasana steps bhi bahut hi saral hain. padmasana baith kar kiya jane wala asan hota hai, lekin isme baithne ka tareeka alag hota hai. Padmasana steps in hindi:


Padmasana karne ki vidhi bahut hi asan hai isme kuch hi steps karne hote hain, chaliye jante hain ki isme kaise asan lagaya jata hai.

  • Sabse pahle yoga karne se pahle jameen par ek saaf asan laga le, ya fir yoga mat ko jameen par bicha le.
  • Ab app jameen par baith jaye, aur apne right pair ko left jangh par rakh le.
  • Ab left wale pair ko right wali jangh par rakh le theek jaisa uapar ki photo me diya gaya hai.
  • Ab apne dono hantho ko apne ghutno par rakh le, aur gyan mudra me baith jaye.
  • Apni reedh ki haddi bilkul seedhi rakhe,aur kadak baithe.
  • Ab dheere dheere saans le aur thoda der rok kar dheere dheere bahar nikale.
  •  Ab apni aankhe band rakhe ya agar aap nahi chahte hain to ye bhi sahi.
  • Is asan ko aap 5 se 10 min tak kar sakte hain. Shuru shuru me aapko thodi dikkat ho sakti hai.
  • Is asan ko subah aur sham dono time kiya ja sakta hai.

Padmasana ke labh:

Padmasana bahut hi labhkari asan hai isko badi hi asani se kiya ja sakta hai. padmasana karne se kaun kaun se labh ho sakte hain isko detailse jante hain.

  • Reedh me hone wale dard me aur reedh se jude sabhi problems ke liye is yoga ko karna chahiye.
  • Ye kamar me hone wale dard aur kamar ki nadiyo me bhi bahut labhkari hai.
  • Kabj ki problem me padmasana karna chahiye, ye aapko bahut labh pahucha sakta hai.
  • Gathiya ke dard me padmasana labh deta hai.
  • Agar aapka pachan sahi nahi rahta hai to aap apne pachan tantra ko durust karne ke liye padmasana karna chahiye.
  •  Phaileriya ki problem me bhi is asan ko lagana labhkari rahta hai.
  • Agar ankh band karke is awastha me baitha jaye to ekagrta badhti hai.

Sawadhaniya:

Padmasana koi kathin asan nahi hai isliye isme sawdhani ka koi point hi nahi. Fir bhi kuch bato ko aapko dhyan rakhna chahiye.

  • Agar aap mote hain to aapko shuru me pair modne me dikkat ho sakti hai agar aap 5 min tak ise na kar paye to 1-1 min ke liye hi kare.
  • Agar pair me koi badi problem ho chuki ho jaise ki haddi ka tutna, to padmasana na lagaye.
  • Agar kisi wajah se doctor ne aapko is awastha me baithne ke liye mana kiya ho to na kare.
