Budhape ka ek mukhya rog gathiya (Arthritis) hai jise ki aam taur par aaj ke time me har bujurg ko pareshani isi rog se ho rahi hai. Gathiya ka ilaj ghar par yani ki gharelu ilaj kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin gathiya ke mareej ko daily yoga kana chahiye. iske liye aap gathiya ke liye yoga search kar sakte hain.

Meri samjh se agar har vyakti jo 30 year ka ho chuka hai use apni daily life me yoga ko shamil karna chahiye. yoga hamre shareer ko chust aur mastisk ko durust rakhta hai. Agar aisa ho to gathiya ke liye kisi upay ko na dekhna pade.


Lekin agar kisi ko arthritis ka problem hai to aaj mere dwara diye gaye kuch gahrelu uapyo se isme labh paya ja sakta hai. Aap agar inka daily prayog karenge to nichit hi aapko achha labh milega. Ek sach main aapko batana chahta hoon, gathiya ka permanent ilaj hai hi nahi, aap isko matra apni dincharya badlne aur khan paan badlne aur daily exercise karne se hi labh pa sakte hain. Lekin ayurveda me kuch desi ilaj se aap gathiya me labh pa sakte hain. chaliye dekhte hain ki aap kin kin uapayo se arthritis ki problem door kar sakte hain.



Gharelu Nuskhe Gathiya ke Ilaj Ke Liye



Lahsun se gathiya ka ilaj:

Lahun ko daily khana gathiya ke liye bahut hi labhkari hota hai, isi liye agar aap direct ya indirect kaise bhi lahsun ka sewan kar sakte hain to aap ke liye bahut hi faydemand rahega. waise gathiya ke liye hi nahi aapko kisi bhi rog ke liye lahsun ka sewan karna chahiye. kyo ki lahun har beemari ki ram band dawa hai. keal iska ek hi nuksan hai ki lahsun khane se muh me aur body me badbu aane lagti hai.
Lahsun ki 8-10 kaliya 1 gilas doodh me khoob garam kare ab ise pee le. aapko arthritis pain me achha fayda hoga.


Methi dana khaye:

Methi ke daano ko khana bhi kafi fayde mand hota hai, methi kai rogo ki dawa me use kiya jata hai. jaise agar aapko agar diabetes ka problem hai to aap methi le. Theek agar aapko arthritis pain problem  matlab gathiya ki shikayat hai to aap 1 chammach methi dana ko raat me bhiga kar subah kha le. aapko ise subah khali pet hi khana hai.



Jamun ki chhal:

jamun ki chhal ko agar bhigakar pees liya jaye aur iska lep dard hone wali jagah par lagaya jaye to gathiya me aaram milega.


Amrood ke patte:

Amrood ke patte gathiya ke liye achhi dawa ke roop me jane jate hain. aapko bas 7-8 patto ko pees kar thoda sa kala namak milakar khana hai, mere hisab se aaapko gathiya me achha fayada hoga.


Sonth khane se:

Sonth ko 5 gram le aur itni hi matra me methi ke dane le aur isme thoda sa gud mila le, ab ise achhe se mila le. methi aur sonth ko churan ke roop me bana le tabhi gud ke sath milaye. ise khane se aapko bahut hi fayada hoga.


Adrak ka sevan :

Adrak khane se gathiya me bahut hi achha fayda hota hai, aapko adrak ko cow ghee me achhe se bhunana hai, fir aap is adrak ko khaye. Aur adrak ko til ke tel me bhun kar agar jodo par lagaya jaye to double fayda hoga. mera manna hai aap dono uapye kare, nishchit hi fayda hoga.


Giloy ka ras:

Gilay jo ki neem ke upar faili hui ho uska mota tana lagbhag 5 inch kaat le aur ise achhe se adrak ki tarah koot le ab isme 200 ml paani mila de aur kisi bartan me garam hone ke liye rakh de, jab iska paani 100 ml tak rah jaye tab ise thanda kar le aur pee le. aisa roj kare. diabetes, gathia, bp aur blood purification, gas aur skin problem jaise pimple aur foda funsi ke liye bahut hi kargar dawa hai.

Aap inme se koi 2 ya 3 upchar kare aapko jyada fayda hoga. lekin meri salah aapke liye ye bhi hai ki aap gharelu upchar ke sath sath yoga bhi kare.



Gathiya ke liye Yoga: 

Nischit hi upar diye gaye gharelu upcharo se gathiya ke rog me fayda paya ja sakta hai, lekin fir bhi gathiya ke rog me achha labh pane ke liye yoga karna jyda zaroori hota hai. main kuch yoga ke naam bata deta hoon unko karne se aap arthritis ki problem door kar sakte hain

  • Paschimottasan (पश्चिमोत्तासन)
  • Halasan (हलासन)
  • Dhanurasan (धनुरासन)
  • Trikornasan (त्रिकोर्नासन)
  • Parwatasan (पर्वतासन)
  • Gomukhasan (गोमुखासन)
  • Kurmasan (कुर्मासन)


Ab aapko samajh aa gaya hoga ki gathiya ke liye gharelu ilaj aur yoga dono hi karne chahiye tabhi achha labh paya ja sakta hai.
