Garmiya aa chuki hain, Ye batane ki  zaroorat nahi hai. Haan Lekin garmiyo me aankho ka dhyan kaise rakhe Ye Janna Bahut zaroori hai. Aankho ki care kaise kare:

1. Aankho me goggles ka use kare:

Suraj se nikalne wali Dhoop ke alawa uv rays se bhi Bachna chahiye. Ye rays aankho ko Bahut nuksaan pahuchati hain. Is liye aapko ek aisa goggle use karna chahiye jo Dhoop dhul aur uv rays se bachaye. Bike chalane walo ko Hamesha sath rakhna chahiye.



2. Ankhon me Gulab Jal daale:

Gulab Jal aankho ko thandak dene ke sath sath aankho ko Kami bhi dega. Aur tha hi Gulab Jal Ankho ko khoob fayda bhi karta hai. Lekin dhyan rahe aapka Gulab Jal ayurvedic hi Hona chahiye. Ye filtered ya kisi company jaise ki dabur ka nahi Hona chahiye. Ye bilkul shuddh aur saaf Hona chahiye.


3. Refresh tears ka use kare:

Referesh tear se Mera kahne ka Matlab hai ki aise medicine jisme artificial aansoo hote ho. Refresh tears bilkul ansoo ke Jaisa hota hai. Jisse Aapki aankho ko rahat milti hai. Iska din me 3 se 4 baar use kare. Ye Aapki sabko ki sukhi hui Kami ko wapas kar dete hain.


4. Thande paani se Aankho ko dhoye:

Thande paani se aankho ko dhone se aankhe saaf to hongi hi, aur Aapki Ankho ko thandak bhi milegi. Garmiyo Me aankhe thak jati hain. Is liye thande paani se dhonev se aaram milta hai.


5. Aankho ki massage kare:


Thaki hui jalan karti aankho ke aaram dene ke liye massage ek achha upay hai. Is liye sham ko face dhone ke baad, 2-3 boondh oil laga kar maalish kare. Aankh band karke thodi der aaram kare.




6. Ice cube lagaye:


Agar Aapki sabko me Garmi ki wajah se jyada jalan ho to aankh band karke ice cube ko lagaye. Isse jalan Hona band ho jayegi.
