Neem aur shahad:


Neem se Bahut si beemariyo ko door kiya jata hai agar 2 spoon shahad me 1 spoon Neem ka ras milkar le to pet Bahut kam ho jayega.


Aloe- Vera Le:

Aloe Vera ka 50 ml ka ras Roj khali pet 200 ml paani ke sath le. Pet kam hone ke sath Aapki skin me Gajab ki chamak aa jayegi.



Methi Dana le:


Methi sabhi ki kitchen me aasani se mil jata hai agar 2 spoon methi fasne ko Raat me bhiga diya jaye aur Subah chawakar khaya jaye to pet kam to hoga hi sath diabetes ka problem bhi door ho jayega. Agar diabetes nahi hai to kabhi hoga nahi.


Awala ka ras:


Awala ka ras peene se bhi pet ki charbi door hoti hai. Aap 50 ml awale ka ras 100 ml paani me milakar khali pet piye , achha aaram milega.
