Shikanji piye:

Ghar se bahar hain to shikanji jisme ki neembu, pudeena, aur soda Mila hua ho, peene se dimag thanda rahta hai. Kaam karne me man bhi lagega.



Pyaz khaye:

Garmiyo me kachha pyaz khana Bahut fayde bhara hai. Kyo ki pyaz hamare shareer ko Garmi ke thapedo, lu se bachata hai. Agar aapko pyaz is liyev khana pasand nahi kyo ki usse muh me badbu aati hai to aap ek kaam kare.


Raat ko sone se Pahle Kuch pyaz kaat le, jitna aap kal tak kha sake. Ab us bade pees me Kate hue pyaz ko white vinegar me Raat tak pada rahne De, Subah inhe nikal le. Aur kahne ke sath khaye. Ab ise khanev se aapke muh me badbu nahi aayegi. Aur kahna khanev ke baad sonf,cheeni,aur elaichi khaye. Fir to badbu aane ka sawal hi nahi.



Paani ki bottle sath Rakhe:

Jab aap ghar se bahar kahin bhi jaye to apne sath paani ki bottle aur Kuch neembu sath rakhe. Paani me neebu milakar piye. Ye market se liye cold drink se achha hai.


Glucose piye:

Jab ghar dev bahar nikale to Thoda glucose piye aur jab bahar se ghar aaye to Thoda rukne ke baad glucose ka paani piye. Ye aapko Turant energy dega.


Ganne ka ras:

Bahar ke kaam hain to bahar to Jana hi hoga. Aur agar Garmi hai to Hame apni body ko safe bhi rakhna hoga. Isi liye Agar market me kahin suddh ganne ka ras mil jaye. To usme pudeena aur neembu milwa ke piye, Thoda kaala namak bhi dalwa le.

Cap aur goggle lagaye:

Bahar Garmi ke sath sath ultraviolet rays bhi hoti hain. Unse bachne ke liye male cap k use kare, aur mahilaye dupatte ka istemal zaroor kare. Sath hi achhi quality ka goggle bhi use kare. Saste goggle se aankhe kharab hone ka khatra rahta hai.
