What is yoga? What is Asana and what is Pranayama ? Aaj hum in teeno point par vistar se baat karenge. Lekin vistar bbhi kewal utna hi hoga jitna ki padha ja sake na ki aapko bore karne me kaam aaye. Aaj is article se main website par yoga link activate karna chahta hoon. Aur yoga ko samjhaye bina main yog start kar du to achha nahi hoga. Aapko detail me agar pata hoga ki yoga, asana and pranayama me difference kya hai. Tab aapke yoga se related concept bhi clear ho jayenge. Lekin main agar aaj full detail me bataunga to shayad yoga par hi blogging karta rah jaunga. Isi liye main aapko itna bataunga jo ki detail me hoga but compact knowledge ka content hoga.

Yoga hame bhagwan se jodne ke sath sath hamare antar man ko purify karne ka kaam karta hai. Yahi karan hai ki aaj yog pure world me famous ho gaya hai. Baat chahe india ki ho ya kisi bhi desh ki har desh ke log aaj ke yug me tension se bhare hue hain. Aur isi tension ko bhagane ka kaam yoga ka hai.

Yoga ki baat kare to ye bahut hi detail me chala jayega. Kyo ki yoga ko har religion me alag alag definition me bataya gaya hai. Agar hum baat Bhagwat Geeta ki kare to “ जीवात्मा और परमात्मा के एकीकरण का नाम ही योग है . Aur sath hi yah bhi kaha hai ki “ कर्म-कुशलता का नाम ही योग है ”. Alag mahatma, Rishi, Acharyao Aur gyani pandito ke hisab se yoga ki definition different - different hai. Main itna detail me nahi jaunga. Magar main yadi sabhi ke mato ka ek final line likhu to shayad ye hogi “ योग ही आत्मा को परमात्मा से मिलाने का सरल मार्ग हो सकता है. Agar hum baat kare yog ke types ki ,to bahut se yog hain jaise Bhakti-yoga, Gyan-yoga, Buddhi-yoga, Shiv-yoga, Dhyan-yoga, Prem-yoga, Mantra-yoga, Kundalini-yoga, Jap-yoga and Karma-yoga. Aur bhi bahut se hain but itne kaafi hai. aur inka meaning bhi aapko samajh aa raha hoga.


But upar diye gaye yoga ke types hain. lekin asana aur pranayama kaha hai? Don`t worry wo bhi batata hoon. Actually aapne abhi yoga ke types jane hain. But Asana and Pranayama Yoga ke Ango  ( अंगों ) ke andar aate hain. Ang matlab part. Ab aap soch rahe honge Ye to bahut detail hai. To main itna detail me nahi jaunga. But aap Yoga ke 4 parts ko jaan le.


1.      Mantra Yoga ( मंत्र योग )
2.      Hath Yoga ( हठ योग )
3.      Laya Yoga ( लय योग )
4.      Raaj Yoga ( राज योग )


Ye yoga ke 4 part hain. Aur har yog ke alag alag part hain. But hum kewal asan aur pranayam ke bare me baat kar rahe hain. To asana aur pranayama hath yog ke andar hain. fir bhi ham hath yog ke sabhi parts ki baat karenge.


1.      Yam ( यम )
2.      Niyam ( नियम )
3.      Aasan ( आसन )
4.      Pranayam ( प्राणायाम )
5.      Pratyahar ( प्रत्याहार )
6.      Dharna ( धारणा )
7.      Dhyan ( ध्यान )
8.      Samadhi ( समाधि )


Ab yaha se asana aur pranayam ka role start hota hai. Main chahta to direct inke bare me bata kar article ko khatam kar sakta tha but jab tak hame ye pata nahi chalega ki iska base kya hai ya iska janm kaise hua to samjhne me maza bhi nahi aata aur hamesha ek shanka bani rahti hai. Ab yaha tak aapko ye samajh aa gaya hoga ki yoga aur asana me difference kya hai. Asana aur pranayam yoga ke ang hain. ab hum asana aur pranayam ki baat karenge.




Asana :




Aasana darasal vyayam ki activities ko kahte hain. Jisme ki body ke alag alag part ko alag alag position me lakar asan banaye gaye hain. Asan ki help se body ko swasth rakha jata hai. Roj asan karne wala vyakti hamesha nirogi hota hai. agar hum asano ki baat kare to asan hazaro ki sankhya me honge. Magar inhe 84 asano me samet kar aap sare asan kar sakte hain aur iska fayada bhi le sakte hain. Aap is blog par aage chalkar har yog ke bare me janege. Ise kaise kiya jata hai aur iska kis rog me kaisa upyog hai, ye sari jankari aapko yaha di jayegi.


Pranayama:



Shwas ( श्वास) se sambandhit kriya jinme shwas ko andar aur bahar kiya jata hai. aisi sari kriyaye pranayam ke antargat aati hain. saaf swaksh hawa jab shareer ke andar jati hai to man to shant hota hai hai aur sath hi body nirogi bhi ho jati hai. Ham apni jindgi jeene ke liye shaws to lete hi hain, lekin kya ham sahi tarah se shwas le rahe hain. kya hona chahiye tareeka aur kaise shwas lekar rah sakte hain nirogi. Ye sab pranayam hi hame sikhata hai.



Maine asana aur pranayam ke bare me is liye bataya hai kyo ki main is blog par inke bare me detail se bataunga. Aur aage ke article me main aapko bataunga ki yoga karne se pahle kya kare. Yoga kab kare. Kis time kare. Kis time nahi kare. Kyo kare. Kya labha hain. Aur kuch point jo yoga karte time dhyan dene chahiye.
