Jamun ki chhal:

Khane se judi kuch baato ko zarror dhayan rakhna chahiye,

1.     Doodh , ghee , makhan , oil se vasa jyada banta hai, is liye inse bachna chahiye ya bahut kam matra me sewan karna chahiye.
